The foundation is dedicated to the promotion of contemporary Polish art within both local and international contexts, supporting artistic practices through exhibitions, publications, and participation in major art fairs since its first appearance at Liste in 2000. In 2015, its building was redesigned by Diener &amp; Diener, and has since become a recognized architectural landmark in the city.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation represents around twenty leading contemporary artists who have played a significant role in shaping Polish contemporary art, including Pawe\u0142 Althamer, Paulina O\u0142owska, Wilhelm Sasnal, Monika Sosnowska, Piotr Ukla\u0144ski, and Artur \u017bmijewski. Alongside its gallery program, Foksal Gallery Foundation works closely with the estates of Erna Rosenstein and Edward Krasi\u0144ski.
