Fitzpatrick Gallery is a contemporary art gallery based in Paris, where it has operated a permanent space in the Marais district since September 2021. The gallery runs an international program that combines on site exhibitions with curated, site specific projects developed in different contexts. Its Paris location builds on the legacy of Freedman Fitzpatrick, founded in Los Angeles in 2013 by Robbie Fitzpatrick and Alex Freedman, which became known for presenting early United States solo exhibitions of European artists.
The gallery strengthened its transatlantic presence in 2018 when it was invited by Le Consortium in Dijon to program its Paris satellite space at 8 rue Saint Bon, and between 2018 and 2020 it co curated the project space Sundogs with Tenzing Barshee. Representing emerging, mid career, and established artists from Central Europe, North America, and South America, Fitzpatrick Gallery maintains a diverse and international roster. Beyond its exhibition program, the gallery has contributed to alternative and collaborative platforms, including the co founding of Basel Social Club in 2022 and the earlier initiative Paramount Ranch, a week long festival held from 2014 to 2016 in the Santa Monica Mountains.
