Ginkgo Space is a contemporary art gallery founded in Beijing in 2014 that has expanded across several of China’s key art centers. The gallery established a presence in the 798 Art District in 2017, followed by the opening of a Shanghai space in the M50 Art District along the West Suzhou River in June 2023, and a location in Shenzhen at the Shekou Sea World Culture and Arts Center in September 2023. Through this multi city structure, Ginkgo Space maintains an active role within China’s evolving contemporary art ecosystem.

Operating as a professional consulting agency for contemporary art collection and investment, the gallery is dedicated to presenting diverse contemporary artistic practices while actively supporting artists’ creative development and visibility. Its program places strong emphasis on fostering meaningful dialogue between collectors and contemporary art, engaging with questions of cultural identity, historical responsibility, lifestyle, and evolving approaches to collecting and investment within a context of social change.
