Grosvenor Gallery is an art gallery based in St James’s, London, with a long established presence in the city’s commercial art landscape. Since 2000, under the direction of owners Conor Macklin and Charles Moore, the gallery has focused its program on Indian and Pakistani modernism, developing particular expertise in this field and representing the estate of Francis Newton Souza. Its program has played a significant role in advancing the international recognition of key modernist figures from South Asia.
Alongside its historical focus, Grosvenor Gallery maintains an active contemporary program that presents emerging and established artists from the region. Artists shown by the gallery include Maqbool Fida Husain, Sayed Haider Raza, Syed Sadequain, Krishen Khanna, Akbar Padamsee, as well as contemporary figures such as Faiza Butt, Wardha Shabbir, Imran Mir, and Rasheed Araeen. Working closely with collectors, curators, and museums worldwide, the gallery marked sixty five years of trading in 2025, including twenty five years dedicated to modern and contemporary South Asian art.
