Heidi is a contemporary art gallery established in Berlin in 2021 with a program focused on engaging critically with current narratives in art and culture. The gallery champions artists whose practices combine strong aesthetic positions with investigative and research oriented approaches, fostering dialogue around the social, historical, and material conditions of contemporary artistic production.
Its international and intergenerational program brings together emerging and established artists working across a broad range of media, including painting, sculpture, photography, film, sound, performance, and installation. Through exhibitions featuring artists such as Leidy Churchman, Hanne Darboven, David Douard, Mimosa Echard, Isa Genzken, Rochelle Goldberg, Anthea Hamilton, Brook Hsu, Joan Jonas, Michael E. Smith, Sturtevant, Alina Szapocznikow, and Kandis Williams, Heidi has developed a conceptually driven identity that situates contemporary practice within wider cultural and intellectual contexts.
