Hopkinson Mossman was founded in Auckland in 2010 and expanded its presence with the opening of a Wellington space in March 2018, inaugurated by a solo exhibition from Los Angeles based New Zealand artist Fiona Connor. Through its programming and artist representation, the gallery plays an active role in connecting local practices to broader global conversations in contemporary art.
