Hua International is a contemporary art gallery operating between Berlin and Beijing, founded in 2020 by Xiaochan Hua. Evolving from Hua’s earlier experimental initiative XC.Hua, the gallery supports cross disciplinary and performative artistic practices through exhibitions, publications, and public programs. Its dual spaces—located at Mercator Höfe in Berlin and in Beijing’s 798 Arts District—serve as platforms for expanding the ways in which artworks are produced, exhibited, and perceived across different cultural and geographic contexts.

With a program built on long term relationships with its artists, Hua International fosters dialogue between European and Asian art communities, positioning itself as a bridge for cross cultural exchange. In addition to its year round exhibitions, the gallery maintains an active international presence through participation in major art fairs such as Art Basel, Frieze London, ARCO, Art Cologne, and West Bund Art & Design in Shanghai, reflecting its growing influence within the global contemporary art scene.
