Paula Cooper Gallery is a pioneering contemporary art gallery in New York, founded by Paula Cooper in 1968 as the first gallery in Soho dedicated to contemporary art. Since 1996 it has been based in Chelsea, where it occupies spacious venues that allow for ambitious exhibitions and large scale installations.
